About Racingredd

Racingredd Agility was set up by Wendy Clay in 2003, when she moved from Milton Keynes to Lincolnshire. Since then she has gained a first class qualification in the Agility Club instructors exam, being one of only a hand full of people who have done so both in this country and abroad. In addition Wendy has recently became a qualified Hydro therapist and is working at Newborough Dogs who are based in Newborough (near Peterborough), where Wendy also runs her agility classes now.

Wendy is one of the top handlers in the UK and has competed in various high profile competitions & finals with her dogs including Crufts, Olympia, IFCS World Cup, European Open Championships and the Burgess Supadog.

Wendy and her dog Scout,Agility Champion Racingredd Brussel Scout are the current holders of the prodigious Kennel Club Olympia stakes 2010. They have also won other prestigious finals, such as Burgess Supadog and the Kennel Club Crufts DFS challenge.

Wendy & Scout qualified for team GB world open agility tournament.World Open Agility 2011 which was held in Clevedon, Somerset where they won two gold medals.

In March 2012 Scout will be competing at Crufts 2012 in the DFS Challenge & Mini/Mixi pairs finals. Plus the Pedigree team relay. Scout will again be competing in the Kennel Club small Championship with Greg Derrett. Click here to see a Video of Scout and Greg winning the 2011 Small Championship.

Wendy's young dog Brissel, Bonvivant Velocity  is currently competing at UKA Novice level and Kennel Club Grade 4 and showing great potential. He qualified for the Olympia ABC semi finals again this year. Brissel will be competing at Discover Dog 2011

Wendy's two Working Sheepdog's, mother and son, Tishi and Nuggett are now retired from full time Agility but still compete in classes for veteran Agility dogs.

Wendy's new project is a retired Greyhound called Flash and she has a new Jack Russell cross puppy called Freebie born in September 2011.
